Maria De Leon-Sanchez is a 3rd year doctoral candidate at Midwestern University’s Clinical Psychology program in Downers Grove. She is a Chicago native and received a bachelor’s degree in psychology and biology from Saint Xavier University. Previously, she completed her diagnostic practicum at NeuroCare and Family Services, and primarily worked with the adult and geriatric populations; nevertheless, psychological and neuropsychological experience ranges from children through older adults. She also has previous experience with working alongside neurodivergent children from the ages of 5 – 12, also at a neuro specific private practice.
