Jasmine Diaz is a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in working with adolescents and young adults. Jasmine is a graduate of Aurora University’s Master of Social Work Program. She has over 7 years of experience working with clients in both outpatient and hospital settings. Jasmine works with clients struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, self-injury, and adjustment related concerns. Jasmine works to empower clients by focusing on their strengths and implementing healthy coping skills. Jasmine utilizes a variety of evidence based methods such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavior Therapy to assist clients in overcoming personal obstacles. Jasmine is bilingual, fluent in both Spanish and English.
