Jasmine Diaz, LCSW, PMH-C is a licensed clinical social worker who works with individuals at various stages of life. She earned her Master of Social Work from Aurora University and has over ten years of experience providing care in both outpatient and hospital settings.
Jasmine works with individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, self-injury, and adjustment-related concerns. Her approach is strengths-based and collaborative, with an emphasis on empowering clients to build insight, resilience, and effective coping skills. She utilizes evidence-based interventions including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support clients in overcoming personal challenges and fostering meaningful change.
Jasmine holds the Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International, which signifies advanced training in the assessment and treatment of perinatal mood and anxiety disorders across pregnancy, postpartum, and the early parenting period. This certification reflects specialized expertise in supporting individuals and families during the perinatal transition.
