Dr. Ndrio is a child, adolescent, and adult Psychiatrist. He is the Founder and Medical Director of Advanced Behavioral Health Services, LLC (ABHS), where he treats patients ages 3 to 80 with a wide range of mental health conditions. Dr. Ndrio’s clinical interests include Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, depression, anxiety, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), Eating Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, schizophrenia, substance use disorder, and treatment with Buprenorphine and SPRAVATO®
Dr. Ndrio has extensive experience in the treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorder and presented a Comprehensive Model for the Treatment and Management of Complex Autism Spectrum Disorder in 2024 at the Annual Scientific Meetings of the American Psychiatric Association and the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
After earning his medical degree from Tirana University School of Medicine, Dr. Ndrio completed an Adult Psychiatry Residency at Rosalind Franklin University, where he received the Distinguished Service Award as Chief Resident. He then completed a two-year fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine /Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children´s Hospital of Chicago.
Dr. Ndrio has been in private practice since 2008 and holds positions at local area hospitals. He currently provides psychiatric services at Linden Oaks Hospital at Endeavor Health in Naperville and at Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital in Winfield. Previously, he served as Chair of Psychiatry and Medical Director of the Child and Adolescent Inpatient and Partial Hospitalization Program at Mercy Medical Center in Aurora. He also served as Medical Director at Gateway Foundation in Aurora, where he oversaw the Dual Diagnosis Program and the Outpatient Child and Adolescent Clinic.
Dr Ndrio is a member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and the American Psychiatric Association.
Dr Ndrio is licensed to practice medicine in Illinois and California.
