Physician Assistant
Emily is a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA-C) with a strong academic and professional background. She began her education at New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a minor in Communications and played Division 1 volleyball. Emily then continued her studies at Nova Southeastern University, where she transitioned to Division 2 volleyball and further honed her leadership, teamwork, and resilience. Afterward, Emily pursued her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Midwestern University, where she graduated at the top of her class, reflecting her commitment to academic excellence and her deep understanding of medical science. During her clinical training, Emily completed both her Behavioral Medicine rotation and Elective rotation under the mentorship of Dr. Ndrio where she gained valuable experience in diagnosing and treating mental health conditions across various age groups.
Emily approaches patient care with empathy and compassion, listening attentively to ensure her patients feel heard and valued. By building trust, she delivers personalized care that empowers patients to take charge of their health and well-being. Outside of her professional work, Emily is passionate about exercise and spending time outdoors. Whether running, walking, or enjoying nature, she values staying active and believes in the importance of physical wellness as part of a holistic approach to healthcare. She also enjoys spending quality time with her Mini Goldendoodle, Cooper, who brings joy and companionship to her daily life. Whether in a clinical setting or outdoors, Emily brings a blend of empathy, leadership, and dedication to every aspect of her career and life.
