Philosophy of Care

Anella believes healing begins when people feel safe, supported, and truly heard. Her goal is to create a welcoming space where clients can explore life’s challenges, build on their strengths, and move toward meaningful growth at their own pace. As an Art Therapist, Anella uses the creative process to help express emotions, gain insight, and work through experiences that may be difficult to put into words.
